The ROSHN Graduate Development Program aims to attract and empower the best young Saudi talent. We equip graduates with the technical expertise, personal and professional skills required to excel in their future roles. The program aims to build a talent pipeline that supports ROSHN Group's long-term growth and contributes to Saudi Vision 2030.

This 12-month program combines academic learning with on-the-job training. It includes a boot camp in partnership with global institutions, rotations across ROSHN departments, and real-world project experience under expert mentorship. The program culminates in a graduation project aligned with ROSHN's vision to prepare the Next Generation of Saudi Leaders!

Program Stages

Roshn

Phase 1: Bootcamp Journey (3-4 weeks)

This phase allows the trainee to learn the essential skills and develop various personal and practical capabilities to prepare for integration into the work environment.

Phase 2: Technical Training (1-2 weeks)

This phase provides trainees with the appropriate level of technical training to enable them to acquire the necessary skills and apply them during the training journey.

Phase 3: Initial Integration (4 weeks)

The trainee is introduced to their original department, where they have the opportunity to get to know their colleagues and get a first look at the department's projects and tasks.

Phase 4: Rotation Plan (4 months)

This phase aims to provide a comprehensive and integrated experience to prepare the trainee and hone their personal and practical skills, enabling them to perform their role successfully. This is achieved by facing real challenges that help trainees discover their capabilities, in addition to getting to know the organizational structure and stakeholders.

Phase 5: Empowerment & On-the-Job Training (5 months)

In this phase, the trainee returns to their original department to integrate and apply what they have learned during the previous period by working on live projects. These projects contribute to the development of the trainee's problem-solving and decision-making skills, in addition to preparing for the graduation project.

Phase 6: Graduation Project Presentation & Evaluation

In this final phase, trainees present their creative graduation projects that combine innovative ideas and practical solutions within the framework of ROSHN's vision. The projects are presented to a committee of CEOs for evaluation based on innovation and practical application. This phase is an opportunity for trainees to demonstrate their skills and prepare for their career paths within ROSHN.

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Minimum English Test Score: IELTS: 5.5 or TOEFL (PBT): 475 or TOEFL (IBT):53 or STEP: 75

Minimum GPA of: 2.75/4, 3.75/5 or equivalent

Saudi Citizen

Ministry-accredited degrees. Non-Saudi degrees need equivalency

Graduated in 2022 or after
