ReTurn Program Candidate Criteria
Female professionals with a career break of 1 to 5 years
Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Able to commit to the 12-week program duration
Program Locations
The ReTurn Program offers participants the flexibility to choose between ROSHN's Riyadh and Jeddah offices, providing a supportive environment for career growth and skill development.
How To Apply
Application Process
Step 1: Online Application and Eligibility Check
The first step is to verify your eligibility for the program by reviewing the candidate requirements. Candidates must have been unemployed for one year or more and possess a minimum of three years of work experience.
Step 2: Candidate Screening
Upon receiving your application, we will conduct a screening process to assess your eligibility for our program alongside other candidates. Your profile and experience will be evaluated for competency, and if you meet the criteria, you will be shortlisted for the program.
Step 3: Interview Process
If you are shortlisted, you will have the opportunity to engage in an interview with ROSHN’s leadership team. This process will enable us to evaluate your technical competencies, leadership potential, and compatibility with ROSHN’s dynamic and diverse workplace culture.
Step 4: Enrollment in the Program
Upon selection, you will join the three-month ReTurn program, scheduled from July to October 2024, in either Riyadh or Jeddah. Throughout this period, you will take part in hands-on training and leadership development initiatives.
