On the third day of Cityscape Global 2025, ROSHN Group continued to strengthen its strategic partnerships through a new round of MOUs and agreements that enhance sustainability, public engagement, and innovation. A new home ownership agreement was signed with the Ministry of Interior allowing Ministry employees to benefit from offers within ROSHN Group’s integrated residential communities. An MOU was also signed with the Ministry of Sport to explore collaboration that will increase participation in sports and sporting activities, contributing to community health, wellbeing and overall quality of life.
We are also partnering with the University of Jeddah to collaborate on research, education, and training programs that will support innovation and workforce readiness. We are broadening our support for entrepreneurship through ROSHNEXT, following the MOUs signed with Accenture Ventures and Dhahran Techno Valley Holding Company (DTVC). ROSHNEXT also partnered with fractional real estate ownership company Stake to explore innovative real estate investment models that will broaden property ownership opportunities for the public.
We also signed an MOU with the social events and engagement platform WeBook to pursue the promotion of our activities and destinations within the application, for both residents and guests. These partnerships reflect ROSHN Group’s pioneering efforts in setting new benchmarks in the real estate sector, advancing development, and fostering innovation across various industries.
