ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, is named the Host Partner of the Saudi Mega Projects 2026 Summit, the premier annual event focused on the delivery of the Kingdom’s most significant development projects. Organised by MEED, the Middle East’s leading business intelligence and analysis platform, the Summit will take place from 28 to 30 September 2026 at The Venue by ROSHN Group, located within SEDRA, ROSHN’s flagship integrated residential community in Riyadh.The Summit is held under the theme, ‘Turning Vision into Value: Meeting the Ambitious Changemakers Driving Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 Delivery.
This edition comes at a pivotal stage in the Kingdom’s development journey, as Saudi Arabia accelerates progress toward the goals of Vision 2030. Against this backdrop, the construction and real estate sectors are undergoing a significant transition from planning and design into full-scale execution, marked by large-scale procurement activities, major contract awards, and the rapid advancement of projects across the Kingdom.
Organized by MEED, the Saudi Mega Projects 2026 Summit serves as a premier platform bringing together project leaders, government representatives, developers, contractors, consultants, and solution providers to explore the key trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping Saudi Arabia’s projects landscape.
The three-day event will be hosted at The Venue by ROSHN Group, as the Group approaches its sixth anniversary on 19 August 2026.
