Elm, a leading digital solutions company, and ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, have signed an agreement to develop and launch “ANMA,” an integrated B2B digital platform for construction procurement. The platform will provide an open digital marketplace connecting real estate developers, contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers across the Kingdom, helping enhance the efficiency of procurement and supply processes while strengthening integration across the sector.
ANMA will provide an end-to-end construction procurement journey, from browsing building materials and products, requesting quotations, and managing tenders, through to evaluating offers, awarding contracts, issuing purchase orders, and managing payments, as well as tracking supply and delivery processes. This integrated approach will help enhance price transparency, streamline procedures, and accelerate procurement and supply cycles.
The platform will also provide manufacturers, suppliers, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with greater opportunities to participate in business and development and construction projects across the Kingdom. By providing mechanisms that promote greater transparency for all relevant stakeholders, ANMA will help create new growth opportunities for Saudi businesses while strengthening their ability to compete and scale.
The agreement brings together ROSHN Group’s extensive experience in developing integrated projects and communities and its understanding of the needs of the real estate development sector and its supply chains, with Elm’s expertise in developing and operating trusted digital platforms and solutions. Together, the two companies aim to establish an integrated digital model that responds to market needs and advances the construction procurement ecosystem in the Kingdom.
The agreement supports the ongoing digital transformation of Saudi Arabia’s real estate development and construction sectors while contributing to the growth of local content by expanding opportunities for Saudi manufacturers, suppliers, and SMEs to participate in supply chains and development projects. In doing so, it will help strengthen the sector’s competitiveness and contribute to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
