ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has signed strategic agreements to sell and develop land with an investment value of more than SAR 1.3 billion with several local development partners, to develop residential and commercial projects within SEDRA community in Riyadh.
The total area of the land included in the agreements is more than 72,000 square meters, dedicated to the development of residential apartments and various commercial projects within the community.
This move underscores ROSHN Group’s commitment to scaling its strategic partnerships, a core pillar designed to accelerate growth and driving comprehensive urban development. With these contributions to developing integrated communities to the highest standards, the development partners will implement various residential and commercial projects within the SEDRA Community masterplan, in line with ROSHN Group’s vision for vibrant, integrated modern neighborhoods that provide a high quality of life for residents.
The agreements included the signing of two contracts with Arabian Dyar for a total investment value of SAR 1.1 billion to develop land with an area exceeding 55,000 square meters. In addition, the Group signed an agreement with Al Ramz Real Estate Development Company worth SAR 262 million to develop an area exceeding 14,000 square meters, and an agreement was signed with Tiraz Arabia Real Estate Development Company to develop commercial facilities in SEDRA. These projects will contribute to the diversification of residential and commercial options within SEDRA community, enhancing its attractive offerings and keeping pace with various customer demands.
These agreements underscore ROSHN Group's commitment to its role as the national champion of destination real estate, leading the development of integrated communities and destinations in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, by building an effective partnership ecosystem with the private sector and supporting local content within its various projects.
